Yes, You can use this Serum 1-2 times daily, But use this serum with Sunscreen if u are going out in Sun, Because Vitamin C is photosensitive. And without Sunscreen it might take longer to see results, As for night time its all good.

Can I Layer this Serum with other Active

We don't recommend, Mixing it with other actives like AHAs, BHAs or Retinoids. It might irritate sensitive skin ,so use those actives in the evening.
